Tell us a little bit about your role, describe the impact you have in the organization.
RevOps supports the commercial team by supporting their business operation process from lead to compensation. This includes managing goals, compensation plans and team level performance tracking. Customer Service manages the user experience. This includes supporting being an advocate for the user, improving CS KPIs and partnering with DevRel to support and improve the management of their customer service.
What drew you to Tapjoy originally, and how has Tapjoy changed since?
Having worked at a big company previously I was drawn to Tapjoy because of the stage and industry it was in. I wanted to work in a fast paced environment where I would have more visibility in the business. At Tapjoy I have gotten the opportunity to learn a lot of different aspects of the business. I appreciate that I have been trusted to try new roles and grow with the company.
What is the biggest challenge that you face working at a global company like Tapjoy and what’s the greatest opportunity?
The biggest challenge is communication. It’s difficult to get everyone across the company all the information needed at the same time but I think with platforms like Salesforce, Slack and other tools we have really done a good job to try to connect and engage globally.
What are you passionate about?
I love to travel, try new foods and karaoke (my nickname is Sherioke and it’s not a compliment).
