Meet Ross Severson, our Account Executive – Brand Sales, here at Tapjoy. Ross is largely responsible for growing and maintaining a book of business with agency and direct brands within the Midwest region.
What’s different about working in Sales at Tapjoy as opposed to other companies you’ve worked at before?
I absolutely love that Tapjoy has such an awesome culture focused on career growth and expanding one’s knowledge. On any given team, you can find someone who started on one team and has moved to another one. What’s even better is that everyone is always so supportive of these changes. Tapjoyers really do want the best for each other and it’s so cool to see an individual’s growth because of the culture of flexibility.
What three things do you need to be successful in this job?
Hyper organization, a willingness to put yourself out there in front of clients, and never-be-satisfied attitude.
How does working at Tapjoy challenge and encourage you to do your best work?
The relationships I’ve made while at Tapjoy motivate me to exceed expectations and to not disappoint anyone.

Curious, even-keeled, and sarcastic.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be and why?
I don’t like flying, but I do want to know what it feels like to fly a Boeing 747.
