At Tapjoy, we value our player community, and supporting that community is central to everything we do. To that end, we’re excited to highlight two new resources intended to ensure a positive experience for players who enjoy our rewarded advertising products.
We also rolled out a fully dedicated customer support Twitter account so that players can connect directly with support representatives. The account handle is @TapjoyCS and we encourage all Tapjoy players to follow the account for real-time service updates, as well as tips for engaging with the extended Tapjoy community on important issues affecting the player experience.
Players can expect a response from our Tapjoy support team between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
We redesigned our Customer Support page on Tapjoy.com to create an experience that is more intuitive for users to navigate and is much easier on the eyes.
On this page, we address the most common questions players have when engaging with our rewarded advertising offers. In addition to supplying players with solutions, the new page introduces a powerful way for players to nominate new FAQs to be added to the list. This way, we’ll always be able to stay on top of what issues the community cares about most, and provide detailed answers to help resolve issues faster.
