My reward was denied because I ‘did not complete the offer in the time frame allowed’. What does this mean?
Many advertisers set a time frame for their offer, meaning you have to complete the offer by the deadline to earn the reward. Applicable time limits should be stated in the offer instructions. For example, instructions might state ‘Offer must be completed within 7 days of clicking’. This means that you have 7 days from the first time you clicked on the offer instructions to complete it. If the completion happens after the 7 day time frame from that first click, you will not receive the reward. Be sure to read the offer instructions carefully so you are aware of any required time frames and you don’t miss out on being rewarded for your efforts!
