A device may be suspended or permanently banned from the offerwall platform services based on a record of fraudulent or otherwise abusive behavior while interacting with the offerwall. Behaviors that may give rise to a suspension include, but are not limited to:
– Using fraudulent or deceptive techniques to access offers you are ineligible for or rewards you have not earned. These include, for example:
– Repeatedly re-setting a device’s advertising device ID to access the same offer more than once
– Misrepresenting your geographic location, including but not limited to using a VPN to access offers not available in your geographic location
– Providing fraudulent “proof” of offer completion
-Placing an order through an offer solely to get the currency – i.e. canceling or reversing it immediately upon being awarded currency
– Using abusive language with customer service
– Otherwise violating the Tapjoy User Terms of Service
Continued or repeated fraudulent or abusive behavior following a suspension may lead to permanent ban from the offerwall platform.
