Is Tapjoy free?
Yes, Tapjoy is free to use. Some offers may cost money to complete but you do not have to pay a subscription fee to enjoy your Tapjoy account.
What platforms does Tapjoy work on?
I’m asked to install a provisioning profile on iOS, what is it? Should I be concerned?
No. Don’t be alarmed when prompted to install this temporary profile on your device. This temporary provisioning profile grants us access to see your device ID, which is used to generate the list of apps you currently have that are Tapjoy enabled. This way we can show you which apps you can earn rewards in and the best offers available for those apps. We’ll also be able to show you personalized recommendations based on the apps you already have which makes discovering new apps easy. The profile is temporary so you won’t see it in your Settings after installing. You will see a generic warning from Apple that this will change settings on your device. Our temporary profile uses the same channel as would be employed by a more permanent profile, so it generates the same warning, but this is not the case. After the profile is installed, you will be ready to earn rewards.
How do I complete offers to earn rewards?
Once you’ve logged in and linked your device, you will be directed to the "My Apps" section of your account where you can select an app that you’d like to earn rewards for. when you select an app, you’ll see our "offerwall" where you can choose to complete offers for the listed reward amount.
I want to earn rewards in an app but it’s not showing up in My Apps on Tapjoy.com, why not?

How do I add Tapjoy.com to my home screen on my iOS device?
Log in to Tapjoy through Mobile Safari and tap on the Options button of the screen (it’s the button that looks like an arrow flying out of a rectangle). You should then see an "Add to Home Screen" button, which will allow you to name the link and add the Tapjoy icon to your Home Screen.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
We may send emails periodically with updates on new features to the site as well as details on special promotions, app deals, events, and more. Also, if you forget your password or username, we can help you reset it so you can quickly get back on Tapjoy.
How old do I have to be to use Tapjoy?
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tapjoy.
How does Tapjoy knows which apps I have on my device?

Did Tapjoy develop the apps listed on the site/app?
No, Tapjoy is not the developer of the apps featured on the site. We are a destination for users to discover new apps and earn rewards in your favorite apps.
I completed an offer, but didn’t get my rewards, what do I do?
For install-and-run offers, please be sure to follow the links we provide and open any downloaded apps over an active internet connection. All other offers must be completed without deviation from the presented path.
If you have taken these steps and have not received your reward, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support through the "Help" link at the bottom of any Tapjoy page after you log in to your account.
I have replaced/upgraded my device - can I transfer my progress/reward to the new device?
Unfortunately, your in-app progress is typically tied to your device and cannot be transferred by Tapjoy. Any rewards you earn are also tied to the device the offer was completed on and are non-transferable, as well. You are welcome to contact the app’s developer and see if they can honor your request.
Please be sure to link your new device to your Tapjoy account in order to earn rewards. In the event that you have replaced your device, please be sure to link your new device to your Tapjoy.com account to continue earning rewards.
I completed an offer on Tapjoy, but the reward went to my other device. How did that happen?
Since it is possible to link more than one device to your account, your account may have referenced your other device at the time you completed the offer. To switch between your linked devices, tap the menu icon in the top left of the header and tap (change) next to the name of your device. You can change your device by selecting the correct one from the resulting list.
I can’t log in to my Tapjoy account, what do I do?
If you are having trouble logging in and are sure that your log-in credentials are correct, please clear your device’s browser cache and delete your cookies (see below for instructions on how). After that, you will also want to ensure that your device can accept cookies in the future (see below). Finally, restart your device and try again. If this problem persists, or you are unsure of your password, please repeat these steps, and then reset your password.
Here’s how you clear your cache and delete and accept your cookies:
Go to settings > Safari > Clear History, Cookies and Cache
Go to settings > Safari > Accept Cookies > "Always" or "From visited"
In browser: Tap Menu button > Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Cache, History and Accept Cookies
After you log in to your account, you will need to manually select your device in order to take offers again. You will not need to re-install the Tapjoy temporary provisioning profile. To select from your linked devices, tap the menu icon in the top left of the header and tap (change) next to the name of your device.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by tapping the "Forgot Password?" link on the Log In screen.
You can also select "Reset Password" under the "My Account" section if you are already logged in.
How do I contact Tapjoy through Tapjoy.com?
Go to the "Help" link at the bottom of any page after you log in and then choose "Contact Support".
How do I delete my Tapjoy account?
Log in to your account at https://www.tapjoy.com.
Tap the Me button from your Settings screen.
Tap My Profile.
Tap on Delete My Account.
Tap on the Deactivate button
Please note: it will take 3 days for your account to be completely deleted. If you change your mind and log in within this time, your account will not be deleted.
Someone created a Tapjoy.com account using my email address. Can you please remove this?
We will not be able to delete the account in question, but you can. If you control the email address which was used, you will be able to reset the password. After that, you will have access to the user-facing tool which will allow you to delete the Tapjoy account.

How do I remove apps from Tapjoy after I delete them from my device?
To remove an app from your My Apps list, tap the app icon and select the X icon. If you later wish to move an app from Hidden back to My Apps, go to the hidden apps section, tap the app icon Hidden Apps to view all hidden apps.
How do I disconnect my Facebook account from Tapjoy?
To disconnect your Facebook account from Tapjoy, go to your Social Settings screen and tap the "Connected to Facebook" button.

Most Tapjoy partners have an offerwall built right into the app. To submit a support request from within a partner's app:
Go back to the marketplace that presented you the offerwall
Once on the offerwall, scroll to the bottom
Tap on the hyperlink that says "Missing currency?". (it may say something slightly different)
Tap on the Select Offer button
Choose the offer that you completed.
Fill in a valid email address, and an optional description
Tap on the "Submit Support Request" button.
